1. Service requests
An enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. Dates, timing, access, price, and the care plan are confirmed directly with Denis before service begins.
2. Availability and coverage
Availability depends on the service, location, travel time, schedule, and the animal’s needs. Requests outside the core area are considered case by case.
3. Care information
Clients are responsible for sharing accurate instructions, access details, emergency contacts, and relevant information about their animal before care begins.
4. Practical arrangements
Payment, access, timing, changes, and cancellations are agreed directly as part of each confirmed arrangement.
