1. Information you share
When you contact Denis, you may share your name, contact details, location, requested dates, and information about your animal so he can respond to your enquiry.
2. How it is used
This information is used to discuss availability, plan the requested care, communicate with you, and confirm practical arrangements.
3. Cookies and essential technology
FETCH / GRIFFINTOWN uses essential technology provided by Framer to load pages securely and support core website operation. These necessary technologies cannot be switched off through the cookie settings.
4. Analytics cookies and Consent Mode
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, and site interactions. We do not send booking names, phone numbers, email addresses, pet names, addresses, or free-text notes to Google Analytics. Before a choice is made, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics and advertising storage denied; Google may receive limited cookieless consent signals. Analytics cookies, including identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*, are stored only after you allow analytics.
5. Marketing cookies
FETCH / GRIFFINTOWN does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy and the cookie settings will be updated before those cookies are used.
6. Your choices
You can accept analytics cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings. You can also ask Denis to correct or delete information you shared by contacting him through the same channel you used for your enquiry.
